One operating system for the whole operation.

The AI-native ERP for nurseries, greenhouses, and orchards: production, forecasting, fulfillment, replenishment, and customer ordering on one platform, one data layer, one API.

SCROLL TO STEP INSIDE
INSIDE THE OPERATION

Welcome to the Work Suite.

Five modules covering the whole operation: production, forecasting, fulfillment, replenishment, and customer ordering on one data layer, from the first sticking to the last truck out.

THE SHIPPING BARN

FULFILL

Scan at the dock, bill the same day.

Learn more

Orders become pick lists, racks, and a loaded trailer. The scan becomes the ship list, the invoice, and the EDI transaction.

THE TRANSPLANT LINE

PRODUCE

Know your cost while it's still growing.

Learn more

Every lot carries its recipe and its cost. Every house and bay is planned to the week, so an overbooked week shows up on the chart, not on the floor.

THE PLANNING OFFICE

FORECAST

Plan the season before the trucks roll.

Learn more

Your own sales history, planning next season. Demand drawn on the whiteboard before a single seed is planted.

BACK IN THE BAYS

RESTOCK

Store demand in, orders out.

Learn more

Racks roll the center aisle, loaded store by store from real sell-through, before anyone runs empty.

THE FRONT COUNTER

PORTAL

Your customers order themselves.

Learn more

Your buyers search your live availability, see their pricing, add to cart, and check out themselves. Every order lands in FULFILL to pick, invoice, and ship — nothing re-keyed.

ON THE FLOOR

Mobile Apps

Run the floor from your phone.

Learn more

Offline is built in. Verify orders, count inventory, and update availability from the greenhouse floor — every scan queues and syncs the moment signal returns.

And over all of it

Documents on a schedule. Answers on demand.

REPORTS and fernie read the same record every module writes to.

One app. One data layer. Five modules.

Asked about the platform

The questions that come up most.

What does Work Suite replace? Do we still need spreadsheets and point tools?
The planning spreadsheet only one person understands, the orders that live in an inbox, and the invoice that gets keyed twice: that is the job Work Suite takes over. It is the AI-native ERP for nurseries, greenhouses, and orchards, with production, forecasting, fulfillment, replenishment, and customer ordering on one platform, one data layer, one API. Five modules cover the whole operation, from the first sticking to the last truck out.
Do we have to run all five modules, or can we start with one?
No. Start where the pain is worst: switch on a single module and add the rest when you are ready, because FULFILL™, PRODUCE™, FORECAST™, RESTOCK™, and PORTAL™ all share one data layer. Every module you add later reads the same record from day one.
How do the modules share data? What does one data layer, one API mean in practice?
It means every module works from the same record instead of an export, and nothing gets re-keyed between systems. When a lot is planned in PRODUCE, it carries its recipe and its cost on the same record your invoices draw from. Every module writes to that one record, and the API reads the same one.
Does it keep working on the greenhouse floor with no signal?
Yes, offline is built in. Verify orders, count inventory, and update availability from the greenhouse floor in the Mobile Apps, and every scan queues and syncs the moment signal returns. You run the floor from your phone.
Can our customers place their own orders?
Yes. Buyers search your live availability, see their account pricing, add to cart, and check out themselves in PORTAL. Every one of those orders lands in FULFILL to pick, invoice, and ship, and nothing gets re-keyed on the way.
Where do fernie™ and REPORTS™ fit? Are they extra products?
No, both ship inside Work Suite. fernie is in beta: it pulls from your live data, filters and searches your grids, starts orders, builds reports as real documents, and jumps you to the right screen, and anything that would change your data comes back as a proposal card for you to confirm. It works across every module because every module and fernie read the same record on one data layer. REPORTS reads that record too, sending invoices, statements, and analysis on a schedule.
What are the Mobile Apps, and what do crews do in them day to day?
When counts, receiving, pick checks, and labor hours live on paper until someone keys them in, the floor and the office drift apart. The Mobile Apps are Work Suite on the crew's phones, five apps behind one login: Availability counts and adjusts inventory by item and grade from any aisle; Material counts, moves, and receives purchase orders at the bin with a reason logged on every variance; Verify scan-checks picked orders before the truck leaves; Events runs a live labor timer against the production task so hours land on the job cost; and Engage runs barcode cycle counts at customers' store locations. Crews scan by UPC or SKU with the phone camera or a hardware wedge scanner, and every action lands on the same data layer the office is watching.
