# Work Suite Pricing

> You pay for the modules you run and the volume you put through them. There is no charge per user or per location. Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited locations.

## Pricing Model Overview

- **No per-seat or per-location fees:** Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited locations across greenhouse bays, field blocks, container yards, orchards, vineyards, CEA grow rooms, and shipping docks.
- **Modular scoping:** You move up a plan when you add modules or put more volume through them. Add-ons like `PORTAL™` customer self-service ordering, `Mobile Apps`, the Intelligence platform, and the Full AI upgrade are available on any plan.
- **Contract structure:** Plans are annual. Standard agreements adjust each year with inflation (CPI-U), and a multi-year agreement can lock your rate. Enterprise programs include a custom agreement and formal SLA.

- **Best for:** Multi-site growers running their whole operation in one system.
- **Pricing basis:** Priced by your modules and multi-site volume.
- **Included:**
  - Everything in Scale
  - `PORTAL™` customer self-service B2B ordering storefront
  - `Mobile Apps` (offline-first iOS and Android floor execution)
  - Intelligence platform and Full AI upgrade
  - Dedicated onboarding and priority support

- **Why is there no price list on this page?**
  Your price depends on which modules you run and how much you put through them. Tell us what you run at [https://silverfern.com/start/](https://silverfern.com/start/) and we will scope and quote it.
- **What determines the price?**
  The price comes from the modules you run (`FULFILL™` through `PORTAL™`) and the volume you put through them (orders shipped, stores replenished, and EDI transactions processed). Users and locations do not affect the price.
- **Does my price change as I grow?**
  It can if you add modules or your volume grows. Adding people or locations does not change the price. Standard agreements adjust each year with inflation (CPI-U), and a multi-year agreement can lock your rate.
- **Can I start small and add modules later?**
  Yes. Start with the module that fixes your worst problem and add more when you are ready. All modules share the same records and data layer.
- **What does implementation cost, in money and time?**
  We keep it deliberately minimal. Independent nurseries are usually live in weeks; enterprise migrations are staged module by module around your season so operations never stop.
